ABOUT

I'm a designer who can code and prototype my designs!

Specializing in UX design and prototyping, I bring a unique blend of design and coding skills to create user-centered solutions. Committed to bridging the gap between design and development, I excel in communicating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful designs.

Hello Internet

: )

8 years in art & design, 2 years working with UX principles, 1 year as a product designer

I'm currently a graduate student at the University of Washington studying Human-Centered Design & Engineering, with expected graduation in 2024.

Prior to my studies in product design, I received my undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Michigan, where I won the Wallenberg Thesis Award.

While my passions ultimately lie in design, I'm genuinely interested in how things are made (engineering), as well as how to collect data to inform my design (research).

PAST

My passion for design started in architecture school, making things from objects to furnitures to installations.

Where I designed a handful of 'useless' machines, leveraging my skills in 3D modeling, digital fabrication, and physical prototyping.

'Useless' Machines

Where I also designed a mobile and modular book station for rural schools in China.

Where I also designed human-scale furnitures such as an analogue height-changing desk.
